The two-way 'X-shape' open end version of the most popular and commonly used metal zipper. Open-end zippers are defined as zippers where the two sides can be completely detached from one another. A special type of open end zipper is the 'two-way open end' (also known as a 'dual-slider') version. This type includes a second slider at the bottom, allowing the zipper to be opened from the bottom up. When opened from the bottom, the two sides remain connected at the base.
